With great enthusiasm and joy, we present this special version of the performance KAUK that premiered this spring! Magnus Myhr has for many years and in several solo performances put focus on the queer body, feminine strategies, troubled upbringing, and even learned playing the harp. Now he just wants to howl and dance. So that’s what he will do! In KAUK Magnus releases the queer rage by using tricks and skills from ancient times. Because he needs it, in hope that it might help, and so it won’t get lost, and he won’t get lost.
Magnus Myhr (born 1985 he/him) is from Klæbu in Trøndelag and has substantial experience as a performer and choreographer within dance, performance, musicals and theatre in the performing arts and in several government theatres. Magnus have earlier produced and choreographed: – jeg satt på en stein å så utover “havet” (2014), Grønn (2016), I det fjerne, Troja (2018), Heartfelt (2020) and Banger (2024).
