Psalm for a Slut

  • Thursday 26.5.2022, 21:00, Teater Nor stor, Tickets

The audience are invited into a contemplative room in the last part of the trilogi Ulf goes religious.

In Psalm for a slut the homosexual body is facing the last ritual. The body contains stories of love and joy, of longing and loneliness. An abstract and quiet soundscape embraces the audience in a contemplative universe. In the presence of the naked body we float between the profane and the sacral. In this meeting humanity and vulnerability are laid bare, the body you can never leave.

The profane and the sacred walk hand in hand when Ulf presents the last part of his trilogy Ulf goes religious

Ulf is a remarkable, unique and important voice within Norwegian contemporary dance. As a choreographer, performer and gender rebel for years created art that could be considered Queer. With company ULF he continues to explore body, dance and ideas of freedom.
